This leading private investment group is seeking a full-time, permanent property accountant to join their team Your new company This organisation is a leading investment group conveniently based on the lower North Shore. They have several entities within them which cover commercial property, hospitality and investment management. Your new role You will be responsible for the management of all aspects of finance and accounting for the commercial property division of the organisation. You will be involved with: Monthly, quarterly and year-end property reports Budgeting and forecasting Full ownership of end-to-end property accounting including tax implications Ensuring billings to tenants are timely and accurate whilst providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with the property managers Lease Administration Reviewing of bad/doubtful debts quarterly with property managers Accounting for capital vs operational expenses You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Preparation of property budgets AND MUCH MORE What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this position, you should have 5 years experience in a similar role and be able to bring a strong skill-set in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. This role will suit you if you are an ambitious individual with strong attention to detail who can partner well with both internal and external stakeholders.
