Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an eager accounting professional looking to accelerate their career in property, and work alongside a market leading team and single client.
Working in our Real Estate Management Services team as the Property Accountant, you will play an integral part of the function, providing property managers with accounting support and management of the trust accounts.
Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Prepare month end financials and reporting for properties, ensuring timely delivery of reports and trust account functions as required, including accruals, prepayments and analysing variances.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.Investigate and resolve issues, including reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy with timely reporting to clients and management.Assist property managers to prepare outgoings reconciliations and annual budgets.Work closely with AP and AR team to ensure processing is accurate and assist with queries.QualificationsYou will contribute to this role with the following skills and experience: Experience in a similar role, preferably within a real estate management environment.Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all levels of staff from senior level management to technical staff.Additional InformationPlease apply with your CV or call Isabelle Porcia - Recruitment Executive on for more information.
