Property Accountant

About the role We have a vacancy in our Ranfurlie Asset Management (RAM) team for an experienced Property Accountant.
As the Property Accountant, you will report to the Senior Management Accountant in performing day-to-day property accounting functions.
In addition to supporting the broader Dennis Group's reporting requirement, the role will be responsible for the following areas: Handling the daily and monthly accounting activities.
Assist in the maintenance of capital expenditure to date.
Identify opportunities to innovate improvement programs.
Assist in development of best practice systems, policies and procedures.
About you This role would suit an individual with 2+ years' post degree accounting experience with property industry accounting from a large corporate or consulting environment.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: 5 -7 years experience , 3 years post qualified.
Experience with financial accounting systems.
Accounting degree, post graduate qualification CPA or CA with experience in the property development industry.
