Reporting to the National Finance Manager you will provide assistance in the financial/management accounting for a portfolio of entities for our strategic client. This is a dynamic role working closely with the centre staff supporting their needs and providing the analysis required.Here's what you'll focus on:Monthly reporting of management Accounts in an accurate & timely mannerReview and analysis of financials.Income accruals and analysisComplete balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, budgets and forecastingOutgoings and direct recovery accruals including operating expenditure accrualsEnsure compliance to accounting policies and procedures.Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externallyDealing with incoming queries and requests in a timely and efficient mannerHere are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA/CA or studying towards itPrevious experience within retail property accounting is highly advantageous or commercial accountingHigh level attention to detail and accuracyStrong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environmentSuperior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationshipsA positive attitude and flexible approach to workSo, what's in it for you?Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are at the top of their field.
