We are currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and committed Maintenance Officer to join our Properties team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will work Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm/4.30pm with rotations across our Kingsley, Trigg, and Como sites throughout the year.


The successful candidate for this role will possess the following skills and experience:


Previous experience in property/building/grounds maintenance, painting, waste disposal is essential; A trade background is desirable; Previous aged care experience is desirable; Ability to understand air conditioning and plumbing particulars is desirable; Good communication skills including computer literacy; Demonstrated experience coordinating external contractors; Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team; Ability to be organised and an eye for detail; Excellent time management skills; Australian Driver's Licence; A current National Police Certificate (no older than six months),  Current Flu and Covid-19 Vaccination preferred, and  Permanent Australian working rights are essential requirements for this position.
