Position Overview: AAPM invites anyone with mechanical or composite skills to seize this excellent opportunity to join our highly motivated team as a full-time Propeller Technician/Trades Assistant, based in Dingley, Victoria. 
This role involves supporting the overhaul and repair of aircraft propeller systems, including disassembly, inspection, and assembly of both composite and metal propellers. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) work on propellers according to company procedures and regulatory requirements.Ensure all tooling is controlled and utilized correctly.Maintain compliance with approved data and safety standards.Upkeep of workshop facilities, tools, and ground equipment.Key Selection Criteria: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions.Understanding of WH&S procedures.Capability to follow workshop manuals.Experience in propeller maintenance or aviation MRO is an advantage, but not essential.Conditions:
