Your Mission As a Growth Product Manager at Propeller, you'll be a key driver of impactful growth within an established and forward-thinking business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating and iterating on solutions across product and business functions, with a focus on experiences that contribute directly to revenue and user expansion.
Leading Product for this team, you'll collaborate closely with your squad's designer, engineers, and data analyst, while aligning with marketing and other product squads. Together, you'll build and refine customer journeys and experiences that drive immediate growth and chart the course for Propeller's next phase. You'll also be a key advocate for the Growth team, championing initiatives that expand its reach and align with core business goals.
This role requires an analytical, experiment-driven mindset, grounded in both qualitative and quantitative insights. You're not only a strategic thinker but also a hands-on collaborator, setting measurable goals, fostering engagement across teams, and keeping the customer's perspective at the forefront. A natural communicator, you'll bring stakeholders along on the journey, ensuring every growth initiative enriches the customer experience and deepens their connection to our product.
Your Skills Extensive Product Management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally focusing on growth-oriented goals and initiatives. Data-driven mindset: Proficient in using data to inform decisions and communicate insights across teams, translating metrics into actions that drive growth. Customer obsession: You have a deep commitment to understanding and resolving customer pain points to both help them and promote growth. Bias toward action: You excel at bringing experimental ideas to life, turning insights into reality, driving tangible results and checking with qualitative and quantitative data that things are moving in the right direction.
