We're a friendly bunch.Hybrid Work Arrangement: find some flexibility in your working week in consultation with your team (the best of both worlds!)Where you'd be working: This Professional Services Manager role will primarily be based in our Adelaide Office but will be leading our Professional Services team in Adelaide and Perth. Regular travel to Western Australia will be part of this role.
What you'd be doing (your day will look like this): Working closely with the General Manager in all aspects of the effective operation of the Professional Service Team, our PSG Manager ensures the team operates within the guidelines of our Company Values and Philosophies and will:Manage all aspects of project and professional services delivery and staff.Participate in customer negotiations, customer stakeholder meetings, manage issues that are being addressed by the Professional Services Group.Authorise estimates of services costing for new sales proposals and all major projects for established customers.Liaise with sales to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to implementation and facilitate forward planning.Ensure services invoicing is correct and manage customer debt.Administer overtime, time sheets, time in lieu, travel claims according to policies.Manage KPIs for the group and individuals and provide effective reporting on the group's performance on a regular basis.Assist with recruitment of new staff members and ensuring adequate training and mentoring is provided to staff to assist them in achieving a rewarding career.Provide resources to participate in Special Interest Groups and Conferences.We're looking for a new Professional Services Manager who has: Experience in running a services organisation, managing consultants/resources, time and chargeable activities.Negotiation skills, effective time management, business planning and communication skills.Ability to exhibit, articulate and undertake professional presentations.Finance (P&L) management and budgeting experience.Excellent stakeholder, issue, scope management skills.Ability to identify risks and potential issues at an early stage and to be highly competent in bringing these to resolution.Be energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact.To enjoy being a Pronto Software Employee you'd need to have: Successfully completed a degree in Business related discipline or equivalent industry experience.Experience in IT Project Management environments.Experience in implementing Enterprise solutions.A strong work ethic.Experience in managing all aspects of project and professional services delivery.A current driver's license as travel to customer sites is required.A passport as potential interstate and international travel may be required.What you will get: Earn a salary commensurate with your experience plus a range of employee benefits.Work in a modern, dynamic and friendly team environment.A hybrid working environment (split your week, flexible location arrangements).The ability to develop your career and experience.Note: Our employees need to undergo a Police Check.
