Pronto Cloud is part of Pronto Software and is responsible for delivering IaaS, PaaS & SaaS to support enterprise solutions including the Pronto Xi ERP to our customers. We operate in a virtualised environment built around VMWare, Linux and Windows. Pronto Cloud performs various services for our customers either in our private cloud environment across five data centres or as a management service for our on-premise customers. What you'd be doing:
The focus of the Customer Solutions Consultant is to work under the guidance of the Solutions Architect to assist the Account Management and Sales teams in understanding and articulating technical solutions and building on the customer success journey for our customers.
Customer Solutions Consultant role (your day would look like this):
Work on customer accounts to maximise revenue opportunities and follow-up issues or concerns. Key strategic account management with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Liaise with Account Managers, Sales teams and other branch staff as required to ensure effective customer support. Communicate with internal teams to provide information on upcoming projects to assist with the smooth transition between sales and solution delivery. Assist with the creation of proposals, quotes, architectural diagrams and solution briefs in relation to technical solutions. Promote Pronto Cloud products and services while engaging with both customers and staff. Assist sales staff with queries relating to Pronto Cloud products and services. Assist customers with information about our solutions. Level 1 support as needed to assist the Helpdesk team. Assist with onboarding new customers. As requested, engage with 3rd party providers related to the provision of solutions. Work cooperatively with all areas of the business. About you We're looking for a new Pronto Cloud Customer Solutions Consultant who has:
Excellent customer service skills, able to create and build confidence with the customers and internal teams. Is highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks occurring over a number of customers. Knowledge of computer and storage hardware solutions. Understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems. Understanding of network communications. Experience in cloud and data centre operations. Strong client focus. Excellent verbal & written communicator – speaks clearly, actively listens and asks appropriate questions to obtain the information required to complete assignments.
