Promotions Coordinator, Library Services Salary: $102,294 to $110,335 p.a + Super + Leave Loading

About the Role The Library is looking for a Promotions Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our profile, reach, and reputation by planning, developing, and overseeing implementation of innovative content and strategies to highlight the broad range of assistance available to students and staff of Western Sydney University.
You will manage communication channels, measure performance of promotional activities, and craft compelling copy across various formats, including social media. Your leadership and collaboration across the Library and wider university will help build awareness, encourage engagement, and celebrate the events the Library provides to enhance student success.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a small team and work collaboratively with the Leadership team and other key stakeholders.Craft high-quality messages for diverse channels and publications.Manage project campaigns and ensure promotions are targeted, professional, and engaging.Measure communication performance and conduct post-campaign analyses.Maintain professional relationships with various university units to deliver timely and effective communications.About You The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a large and complex organisation. They will possess a high level of knowledge in project management, with the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs and events effectively. Exceptional written communication skills are essential, including the ability to produce detailed reports and prepare promotional materials. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, along with well-developed organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills are also required.
