Projects Manager - Ceilings and PartitionsThe duties and responsibilities include:Manage all Seismic, Acoustic and Fire designs for each project and consistently QA these requirements on all projects.Manage all Ceilings & Partitions works to meet manufacturer installation requirements.Consistently document all stages of the project with photos.Recruit and manage all subcontractors required to deliver the projects.Manage all the company's live projects and the onsite teams (up to 4 teams).Manage all materials, labour, and preliminary budgets for each project to completion.Ensure the company's processes & procedures are followed and relayed throughout the teams.Assist with estimating new projects as needed.Manage and assess all construction techniques for cost-effective outcomes.Liaise with suppliers and industry contacts to ensure a smooth and efficient project delivery.Manage SWMS, registries, warranties & SMP for each project.Manage all monthly progress claims with the company's CA & Directors.Develop solutions for work delays and resourcing on all the company projects.Manage and attend all onsite coordination meetings as needed.Manage the company's onsite clients to ensure a positive relationship.Ensure that all projects meet relevant building and safety codes.Negotiate project finances at the close-out stage.Manage onsite teams and any variations that may arise.Manage the project-specific Scope of Works and all contractual obligations.Compile all weekly project progress reports for the company Directors.Compile all end-of-month project financial reporting for company Directors.
