About the role: Reporting to our General Manager Plant, Logistics & Property, the Project & Innovation Lead will be accountable for ensuring consistent and effective project delivery in support of continuous improvement and strategic objectives with a key focus on fostering innovation.
You will champion a culture of curiosity and collaboration across Plant, Logistics & Property, Group Supply Chain and beyond.
Options to base from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide head offices; we also offer a flexible work atmosphere splitting your time in the office and work from home.
What you'll be doing: Develop standardised project management processes and tools across Plant, Logistics & Property. Effective leader of project planning and governance able to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and meet required deliverables. Develop technology roadmaps, implement ongoing innovation frameworks and support Ventia's sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate Plant, Logistics & Property support for bids, mobilisations and demobilisations. Build strong collaborative customer-centric innovations to support Group and Sectors across the organisation leveraging enterprise capabilities. About you: Relevant tertiary qualifications in business/commercial/similar field or demonstrated experience. Customer-focused with the ability to develop solutions independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated experience with Asset and Finance functions of major ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Ability to work on multiple conflicting priorities. Experience with change management and driving new solutions. Champion of innovation, inquisitive nature and passion for new tools and technologies. People-focused, able to build strong collaborative relationships, internally and externally with stakeholders at all levels.
