We are a family-orientated, value-driven company with a deep understanding of the Western Australian market. Our work ranges from stylish and innovative family homes to luxury residential builds and multi-storey residential developments.We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler/Estimator to join our close-knit team in our Willetton office. You will need at least 2 years' experience in the Building & Construction industry, with a good grounding in scheduling & projects administration.Although based in our Willetton office, you may be required to visit building sites as and when required. There will be opportunities for growth and expansion within the role as your experience and expertise increases.Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Demonstrated experience calculating quantity take-offs from construction plansSchedule tasks and sub-contractors based on project timelinesCalculate and prepare progress claim schedulesLiaise with subcontractors and building supervisorsRequirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar roleHave some knowledge and understanding of the Perth construction industryExcellent skills in Microsoft ExcelExperience with Databuild is advantageousAble to read and understand construction plansBe a very good negotiator with strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracyBe methodical and organisedAble to work autonomously and efficiently within a team environmentAble to work to a deadline and operate under some pressureCurrent Driver's Licence and White CardAn attractive salary package will be offered, commensurate with experience. Either a full-time or part-time position will be available to the right candidate; we can offer some flexibility with hours worked, so you can work around family or school commitments.Interested?
