Moreover, we promote the autonomy to not only excel in their current roles but also to expand their contributions to their respective departments.The RoleThis is a FIFO role with various roster options depending on the site.Duties include but are not limited to:Complying with site policies and proceduresOperation of underground mobile plant including light vehicles, IT's and flatbed trucksOperation of Hand-Held Rock drillsCompleting the relevant training paperwork for training certificatesConducting pre-start paperwork on vehicles and mobile equipmentFollowing directions from the QPE Leading Hand, QPE Site Supervisors & QPE ManagersThe completion of workplace inspections as requiredAttending all safety meetings & pre-shift meetingsDemonstrate a commitment to working safelyWorking in various capacities both underground and on the surfaceLooking after PPE issued to your personAbout YouA qualification as Fitter, Boilermaker, Carpenter, Rigger or Trades Assistant is essentialExperience underground is preferred however not essentialWorking at heights is preferableCurrent Police Clearance & Manual Drivers LicenseAbility to be in a team whilst maintaining a high standard of work quality and housekeepingRemuneration and BenefitsVariety of roster options5 weeks annual leaveOnsite camp facilities, accommodation and messing providedExclusive lifestyle benefits – discounts with travel providers, online shopping, sports and entertainmentDiscounted health insurance & health services
