If unforeseen or complex challenges arise, we then offer bespoke strategies to resolve those challenges and drive commercially rewarding outcomes.About the roleA core part of Neuplan is our contract administration and commercial management capability.We need contract administrators/managers with experience in mining, construction, or infrastructure - not just to help drive existing projects but with like-minded curiosity and a love of the industry, to continue our company growth.You will form an essential part of Neuplan's broader commercial, contracts management, and legal capability, sitting alongside experienced quantity surveyors, lawyers, contracts and commercial specialists. Depending on your skills/experience, your work will be varied, from straightforward contract administration to more complex analytical tasks, such as:Project tendering and procurementContract reviews and risk analysisUpstream and downstream contracts administrationClaims review and preparation (e.g. variations, extensions of time)Financial reporting and budgetingManaging contractor relationshipsThis may suit you if you want ...Client and contractor-side work opportunities with an exceptional, established client base.A team-oriented, collaborative working environment, with curious, like-minded people.Ongoing upskilling and new project opportunities.Modern CBD office on the doorstep of the Swan River.Direct mentoring by industry leaders, who love to learn and grow with those around them!Who are you?Degree qualified with at least 5+ years of industry experience within:Mining/resources (process and non-process infrastructure)Public infrastructure (road/rail/bridges)Contract administrator or contracts manager with pre and post-contract award administration and management skills.Ideally some contractor-side experience.Excellent communicator and a love of managing different stakeholder expectations.
