We strive to make a lasting and positive impact through innovation, collaboration, and respect for culture.We are seeking an experienced Projects and Homelands Administrator to join our Darwin office.About the RoleThis role is integral to the efficient delivery of project and homeland services, providing vital administrative and operational support.As your day evolves you may face a variety of tasks across resident liaison, work order management, travel and accommodation coordination, financial administration, and general administration support.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process calls from Homeland residentsWork order managementManage travel and accommodation requirementsPO and invoice management through SimPROAssist the People & Culture team with onboarding new employeesGeneral administrative tasks as requiredWhat We Are Looking ForStrong administrative experience, particularly in a project support roleDemonstrated intermediate to advanced computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office applications)Experience with operational software (e.g., SimPRO) and data entry programsExcellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skillsProven ability to manage competing priorities through effective time management and organisational strategiesEssential QualificationsCurrent NT Drivers licenceCurrent Working with Children / Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment)Why Join Us?At AEA Group, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and dynamic workplace.
