The RoleJoin our team as a Projects Administrator on a permanent full-time basis. This presents an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and make an impact while working alongside our talented and experienced Projects team who will provide ongoing support and guidance.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide a broad spectrum of administrative assistance to the Operations and Projects Team.Act as a key point of contact for the Projects Team, facilitating communication and supporting operational needs.Organise and administer meetings, including preparing agendas and issuing minutes.Adapt to shifting project demands while providing flexible support across various functions.Provide support for document control and reporting.Maintain purchase orders and invoices as directed by the Project Manager or Project Engineer.Assist in the preparation and development of tendering documents and estimates.Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Other duties as requested by the Projects Support Manager.About YouMinimum 2 years' experience in project administration or site administration.Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is desired but not essential.Experience in Pronto, Procore, Microsoft Projects, INX is desired but not essential.Work autonomously and show initiative.Strong capabilities with the Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work towards deadlines and demonstrate excellent time-keeping skills.Ability to adapt to change, manage stress and persist towards goals despite obstacles.High levels of attention to detail.Remuneration and BenefitsFull-time Contract.Flexible Working Arrangements.Supportive management and environment.Close to public transport including train and buses.Fun, fast-paced and energetic team environment.Discounted health insurance & health services.#J-18808-Ljbffr
