ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Due to exciting and new opportunities, JTMEC are currently seeking a Projects Administrator to join our Orange based team.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints.
The successful candidate will assist in the managing and coordinating of project activities, whilst providing support to the JTMEC team based in our Orange Head Office.
Reporting to the NSW Project Manager and Business Administration Manager your main duties include:
Entering of timesheetsCoordinating training and refresher coursesFiling, upkeep of records, maintenance of system dataEmployee onboarding for client sitesAssisting with internal auditingWorking closely with the Project Manager and the Project TeamObtaining quotes, generating purchase orders, and following up on delivery datesProcessing of invoicesScheduling flights and accommodationActing as a point of contact for project and team activitiesConduct general administrative tasksABOUT YOU To be successful, you will have a varied skillset which includes:
