About the Role   We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead with expertise in testing system functionality as a part of a major ERP systems implementations.
This is a full time, fixed term position until December 2025 based at Monash Health Shared Service Centre in Scoresby (hybrid arrangements as agreed with Project Director).
The Testing Lead will have overall accountability for the development, and management of the project's testing requirements.
They will lead the testing team and be responsible for the user acceptance testing of the new system, providing expert process improvement advice to reduce development defects and provide assurance that risks associated with implementation are accurately quantified and addressed.
About You:    Proven experience in user acceptance testing for a major project, with a focus on ERP, SCM, EPM with Oracle.
Test manager / team leading and leadership capabilities.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, risk assessments and deliverables.
