Contract: Hybrid - Full Time (3 days office-based, 2 days from home)

As a Homelessness Project Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in preventing and relieving homelessness among single refugee individuals.

What We're Looking For: Expertise in Housing Legislation: Knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act and Housing Act.Welfare Benefits Knowledge: Understanding of welfare benefits legislation and health and safety regulations.Private Sector Experience: Experience in securing accommodation within the private rented sector.Homelessness Prevention: Hands-on experience in preventing or relieving homelessness.Team Management: Proven track record of successfully managing a team.Safeguarding Knowledge: Solid understanding of safeguarding issues.Collaboration Skills: Ability to forge strong partnerships with external agencies.Self-Motivation: Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
