Position Overview:
My client is looking for a highly motivated Project Team Lead to join their team in Kwinana. This role is crucial for overseeing and coordinating project activities, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout all phases of the project.Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and quality standards.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and any issues are promptly addressed.Monitor project performance, implementing necessary adjustments to achieve project goals.Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Experienced with Microsoft Access and VisioProven experience in a project management or team lead role, preferably within the resources or industrial sectors.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
