They guide and manage the competency development of their team so that they achieve the required competencies in consultation with the Engineering Manager (EM). They also provide career path guidance and training needs to their team in consultation with the EM.Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet productivity and quality goalsPlan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and outputEmpower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedbackCoordinate the corresponding internal interfaces with the respective partners in departments of development, project execution, test center and with other internal partnersCoordinate the corresponding external interfaces with assessors, onshore partners (regional unit, customer, installation companies, etc.) and other external partnersWithin the scope of the allocation of tasks in their area of responsibility and applicable regulations, decide on all aspects under their own autonomy and responsibility Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills. Proven experience of leading team of engineers, along with technical expertise of Rail Systems.Strong experience in rail signalling projectsEngineering degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
