The Opportunity: As a Project Support Specialist you will work closely with Program & Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate establishment of project documentation, and execution and delivery of projects to completion. Drawing on strong foundations of project management principles, this role will provide essential administration and governance support across multiple projects.
Responsibilities: Responsible for providing designated administrative and coordination support and managing the day-to-day operations of Maritime IWP Projects.Create and manage an end-to-end, fit for purpose schedules at project and/or program level.Assist project managers to create and maintain project schedules that can roll into work stream and program schedules.Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates and efficient distribution of reports.Track progress of plans with project managers; report to key stakeholders on status and progress.Coordination and/or support of project meetings including the composition and distribution of agendas, minutes, and action items, the organisation of resources, and other ad hoc requirementsOrganise, review and coordinate project documentation within the data management systems.Support preparation and management of project, management, and customer reports including review packs, and weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports. As the ideal candidate you will bring: Defence Security Clearance - Baseline (or higher).
