They are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to start ASAP until 31 December 2024 with possible extension.
The successful candidate must be based in NSW, with the role offering a fully remote work arrangement.
The Job Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Assist team with complaint management, work orders, and building relationships with stakeholders.
Contribute to the delivery of Survey programs.
Provide executive support, including coordinating appointments, meetings, travel, and preparing reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
Review and track correspondence, escalating as needed, and assist with financial administration.
Support business systems testing, data analysis, and trend identification to improve efficiency.
You To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Project Support and/or Senior Administration Officer role.
Government experience will be favoured.
Extensive experience in executive, secretariat, administrative, financial, and support services.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
