About the Business Unit: The Corrections Victoria Learning & Capability Team delivers learning & development services, manages specialised projects and provides consultancy services to Corrections Victoria (CV). The team is responsible for specified training for CV prison staff including the prison officer pre-service training, leadership development and delivery of RTO services. As part of our consultancy role, we coordinate and provide support to prison Workforce Development Supervisors and workplace trainers and assessors.
About the Role: The Project Support Officer role focuses on the effective delivery of the prison officer pre-service program to ensure consistent, quality learning experiences for trainee prison officers. Some of your duties will include:
Supporting and developing scheduling activities for the PO Pre-Service ProgramsCompleting data entry of all attendances to trainingSupporting delivery of training as requested.About You: As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
