The roleAs a permanent Project Support Officer you will provide project administration and management support to a key program in our Naval Combat Systems division.
Further, as the successful candidate you will:
Track and report progress of service hub tickets for the projectFacilitate the booking of meeting rooms and be the key point of contact for people entering the facilityCoordinate project meetings and telephone conferences as requested, arrange travel, and produce minutes and action logs for meetingsPrepare professional presentations and develop, maintain and distribute document templatesStreamline and automate manual administrative processes and procedures associated with projects.Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold an Australian defence NV1 security clearance.
