Project Support Officer

Support the development of definition documentation and successful completion of complex project activities.Take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects.Provide effective leadership to the project team.Adopt appropriate project management methods and tools.Manage the change control process and assess and manage risks.Ensure that realistic project plans are maintained and deliver regular and accurate communication to stakeholders.Ensure project and product quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure.Ensure that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are formally accepted by appropriate stakeholders.Monitor costs, times, quality and resources used and take action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.Company Overview: Kirra Services is a Supply Nation Certified ICT Service Provider, specializing in Hardware and Software procurement for Government, Corporate, and Education.
