About the role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This is a new position in the recently established Office of the CEO team. The Project Support Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Senior Project Officer in all aspects of cross-organisational project management.
The role involves:
Working with internal stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects.
Scheduling projects and maintaining up to date and transparent / visible project timelines.
Assisting in the implementation of a new project management framework and supporting project teams to adhere to the new framework.
The ideal candidate will have strong foundations in project management principles and practices, excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, a passion for process improvement and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to ensure projects' success.
