As a team we take our work seriously but enjoy what we do.You will be a highly motivated Project Coordinator or Project Officer with prior project coordination experience in delivering ideally HR or other corporate projects and programs.
You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting key team activities and initiatives through our people programs and projects.
You will also get involved in maintaining and reporting on key HR metrics on a regular basis and providing support in our HR system.
This role offers variety and development across a range of people functions and programs.WHAT YOU'LL DO:You will be tasked with coordinating, supporting and improving our People programs, projects, systems and initiatives.
Central to this will be supporting the team and all our employees and Leaders in achieving their business objectives through optimal employee engagement, performance and behaviour.Some core functions will include:Generalist People team and business supportCoordinate and support the delivery of People team projects and cyclic and core business programs (i.e., workforce planning, workforce engagement, succession planning, performance appraisals)Coordinate and support internal/external project management and reporting requirements of the People teamProcess review, development/improvement and implementationSpecialised stakeholder input into People/HR systems and practicesWhat success looks like:Your key stakeholders come to you as a 'one stop shop' for HR/People project and program support needs and involvementYou are authentically connecting with the team around you and those you provide support and services toYour coordination of projects and programs is viewed as professional, is practical, successful and best for businessYou support People team projects and wider organisation strategic projects and initiativesOur team can show year on year improvement in relation to project and program management and delivery, process improvementsElevation of our team in their processes and support to the businessYOU'LL NEED THESE TO SUCCEED:Diploma level (or higher) qualifications within Human Resources, Project Management or relevant field (or willing to work towards) or equivalent relevant experienceSound project management experience, knowledge and application in a similar role or corporate environmentAbility to be agile in adapting to changing project requirements (small to medium sized), strategic direction, and shifting priorities, ensuring timely and effective delivery in a dynamic environmentAdvanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders, ensuring successful relationships are developed and maintainedAbility to work well within a team and autonomously whilst owning your allocated projects and programsCompetent in Microsoft Office applicationsHR systems exposure (HRIS/Payroll/LMS) - AdvantageousAside from working with a great team of people on interesting and meaningful initiatives, we also offer you a range of fabulous Employee Benefits including:Flexible work arrangementsPaid parental leaveSalary packagingPurchased leavePrivate Health Care discountsWellbeing programs and discountsEducation assistance and personal career developmentIf you are intrigued by the opportunity and like what you see, we want to hear from you and encourage you to apply.
