You will be working in the Digital Health directorate and working on multiple exciting ICT projects.
SESLHD Digital Health has offices at Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick, St George Hospital, Kogarah and The Wollongong Hospital, Wollongong and staff can choose one of those to be their base location.
As an employee of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) in the Digital Health directorate you will mainly be working on projects for SESLHD and Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD).

The Project Support Officer will participate as a project team member to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and delivery of projects that are implementing new ICT systems or building upon the existing clinical or corporate systems.

Selection Criteria Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management and/or equivalent work experience and contemporary knowledge of financial, human resources or business management for the effective delivery of related projects.Coordinate all aspects of project development and implementation (including project planning, monitoring and evaluation and reporting) both individually and on a team basis.Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.Demonstrated strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to make complex judgements, show initiative, and provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation.Demonstrated ability to assist in the development of policy and processes in accordance with approved guidelines.Demonstrated high level of proficiency in computer skills including the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, data base applications and demonstrated capacity to learn and implement new software, electronic systems.Demonstrated experience in change management including the development and delivery of training and development initiatives for staff. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified for this position following suitable labour market testing.
