They exemplify the public sector purpose: Making a difference so South Australia thrives.The Office of the Cross Border Commissioner will lead and drive the facilitation of improved outcomes for South Australian people and businesses in cross border communities.Key Responsibilities:Act as first point of contact for the Office of the Cross Border Commissioner (email, phone and front desk enquiries).Provide executive officer support to the Commissioner including diary management, travel, and day-to-day office management including website management, finance, procurement and correspondence.Project activities including marketing, communications and event support.Work with a broad group of key stakeholders in our cross border communities.Participate in the department's Performance Management Program.Be available for some work outside of normal hours.Be prepared for possible intra and interstate travel.This role requires a National Criminal History check.Position: ASO5 - Administrative Services OfficerSalary: $85,790 - $95,413 p.a.Duration: Up to 12 monthsFor inquiries, please contact:Sarah KempManager, Projects and EngagementPhone: 08 8177 3***Email: ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
