About the role
Your main responsibilities will include:

Part of a project team for various projects.
Provide support to the project team.
Follow project plan with timelines.
Challenge processes and how we do what we do, can we do it better.
Learn new systems and create clear documentation for our teams to use.
Design easy to follow 'cheat sheets' for our teams.
Training of our teams via Teams or by visiting remote sites.
Advocate for change via communications channels to keep the team motivated.
Analytically review documentation provided and recommend a solution to the project team.
Jump in and provide support to other project team members who are head down in business as usual.

Skills and Experience

Terrific interpersonal skills with the ability to ensure effective two-way communication when liaising with clients, contractors, management and colleagues at all levels.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised, efficient with great attention to detail.
Previous project support experience would be preferred but not essential.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new packages quickly.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Demonstrated positive, forward thinker with a focus on continuous improvement no matter the task at hand!
