What you could be involved in: Creating Project Portfolio Management (PPM) artefacts in the company ERP software, including project budgets, project plans, project forecast, work breakdown structures and resource planning Facilitating end of period business processes as they relate to project management Assisting with customer invoicing, checking all project related timesheets and expenses, and raising purchase orders.
Ensuring project documentation is stored appropriately Preparing, analysing and distributing project, financial and resource reports Liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders What we expect from you: Australian Citizen with an AGSVA security clearance (NV1) Previous experience in a similar role within a project environment Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar), the MS Office Suite and PDF software Working knowledge of Professional Services Automation/an ERP system (Oracle desirable) Experience working with other project management tools, SharePoint and/or databases Strong financial acumen and financial reporting experience (desirable) Strong teamwork, prioritisation, time management, and written and verbal communication skills Life at Nova – it all adds up!With people being our point of difference, we deliver on promises, reward good work, champion professional growth and support flexibility, all within a diverse and inclusive culture that recognises moments that matter.Life at Nova is our collection of employee benefits, designed to meet the many and varied needs of our people.Just a few of the great benefits you will have access to are: Generous Parental Leave: Primary Carers receive 20 weeks paid leave; Partner Carers receive 4 weeks.
