A real endeavour, shaped by you
The Project Support Officer will ensure the reliability and smooth operation of messaging infrastructure, handling system maintenance, user support, and documentation. They will address technical challenges, coordinate with vendors, and support training initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

Manage and support messaging infrastructure and ICT integrations in a multi-forest environment, including proactive maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
Develop solutions for complex technical issues, logging and resolving incidents while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and build guides.
Provide multi-level user support, including remote assistance and on-call availability, to ensure system reliability.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, maintaining strong system functionality.
Continuously upskill to ensure effective support and high-quality service delivery for all supported platforms.

A real endeavour, driven by you
Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Defence or professional services industries.
Familiarity with Nutanix, Fortinet family of software, Cisco networking, HYKU, Citrix, Microsoft products, Titus, Liquidware, Ivanti, Red Hat, Tanium, Netbox, Carbon Black, ICINGA system monitoring, and Prometheus.
Previous experience with Minerva is desirable.
Experience with ADF CIS reporting processes and procedures.
Strong communication skills.
