The Role
The Memorial is undergoing a period of significant change, operating under modified arrangements associated with a complex, multi-year major construction and gallery development project.
To ensure the Memorial is well positioned to effectively deliver and operate the new galleries from late 2024, the Corporate Management Group initiated a business transformation program to plan for transitioning to the new work environment, as well as reviewing the current operating model to reflect a more contemporary organisation.
Working to the MET Program Manager, the Project Support Officer will play an integral role in support across the program to ensure the Memorial is well positioned to effectively delivery and operate the new galleries being built as part of the Transition Project.
Core Responsibilities
Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Memorial Values and Behaviours and as varied from time to time to achieve Memorial objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Engage with subject matter experts across the organisation to support the documentation of business-critical requirements and workflows. Contribute to the delivery of change management initiatives to ensure awareness and readiness for operational changes associated with the MET program and its individual projects.
