Project Support Officer

Are you an experienced  Project Support Officer  who is comfortable working at the  SFIA 3/4 level ? Do you have an active  Top Secret Positive Vetting Clearance ? or has this clearance expired in the past 12 months? We at compas have the perfect role for you! Our Government is seeking an experience Project Support Officer to join their team for a long term opportunity within a secure working environment. SFIA Skils required for this role are as follows; PROF 3/4 Major Responsibilities Maintain program and project Risk Registers; including regular reviews and updates; advising team members if   they have been nominated to execute risk treatment; and facilitating project risk workshops. Maintain project documentation including establishment of a document library and control methods for finalised project documents. Ensure that all final documents meet audit requirements and are easily retrievable. Assist with leading and managing activities for planning, development and implementation of projects and systems to meet organisational requirements. Assist with improvement and enhancement of organisational project methodologies. Key Experience required Knowledge of the Project Management methodologies. Demonstrated administration and organisational skills within Defence's Desktop Environments. Demonstrated experience in the management of project governance board engagements.
