Project Support Officer

Troocoo are currently recruiting for a large government department in the role of Project Support Officer About the role: Undertake high level planning to develop the current packages for implementation with communities across Queensland to modernise and optimise facilities.
Participate in teams involved in the formulation of innovative and workable solutions for related infrastructure, planning, asset management or project related services.
Assist with the preparation, analysis and presentation of data to ensure regular and accurate reporting on related activities.
Manage operational issues to ensure identified outcomes and timelines are met.
Provide secretariat support to support project or program governance.
Prepare Ministerial and general correspondence, briefings, reports and submissions on project related matters and undertake record management activities for the work team.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the day to day operations of the work team.
Provide professional input into continuous improvement activities to ensure the development and promotion of best practices.
Assist in developing and implementing policies, guidelines and procedures regarding related infrastructure, planning, asset management or project activities.
