About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to provide high level confidential and professional administration assistance and support to the Mental Health Intensive Discharge Team (MIND), as part of an interprofessional team to expedite discharge from Metro North Mental Health Facilities.
About you

Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.Coordinate the shared e-mail account and bookings system in a timely and effective manner.Operate at a high level of autonomy, utilising discretion in the absence of decision makers whilst providing support in a timely, accurate, efficient and confidential manner.Provide administrative support for recruitment and onboarding of team members.Health Equity
