Providing high level project support to the Project Manager and Project Team Leads, by:actively participating in project and resource planning activitiescontributing and assisting in developing project management product documentationcontributing and assisting in preparing reports on project status informationactively participating in risk and issue assessment and mitigation activities ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed, and escalated as appropriate.contributing and assisting in preparing project correspondence, presentations, and briefingsperforming secretarial support functions for governance boards including minute takingperforming administration functions for the Project Managers including diary and meeting management.Act as the central point for monitoring and reporting to senior staff on HRIS project components including schedules, interdependencies, business case development, benefits management, assurance, and communication activities.Initiate, influence, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government agencies to coordinate project meetings, briefings, expectation management and feedback mechanisms.Adhere to policies, procedures and standards and high-quality practices including version control management.Contribute to effective, client focussed teamwork by developing an understanding of the roles and duties of team members within the team and working collaboratively to achieve effective outcomes with a focus on commitment to customer service.Communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure continued engagement.
