Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and activity coordination. Design and produce engaging infographics to enhance project presentations, reports, and marketing materials. Develop and manage a variety of project-related documents such as discussion papers, reports, communication plans, and training materials. Support the management of the Division's workflow of security requests through the Front Door SharePoint site. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in project administration or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience. Proficiency in creating infographics and visual aids. Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and work both independently and within a small team. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Demonstrated ability to learn new digital tools and make the most of existing software. Positive, solution-focused attitude, with excellent attention to detail. Security Clearance Requirements: This is a security-designated position. The successful candidate will need to hold a current Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance before commencing the role.
