Project Support Officer

Project Support Officer to bring their skills and experience to a high-profile government agency to support military and strategic decision-making. This is a critical contract role and needs an experienced Project Support Officer with proven contract experience with the ability to support a highly skilled and results-orientated team.
In this Project Support role, you will be required to:
Document preparation for progress invoices and contractual claims.
Maintenance of the project filing system and database.
General administrative tasks to support the project.
Review business case studies and conceptual and operational documents.
To be the ideal person for this role, you need to have:
Be a highly organised Project Officer.
Have ideally worked within the Defence Sector, having a technical aptitude and a focus on delivering quality administrative support within the military project environment.
Be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Have an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency on Microsoft Office.
You must hold a current AGSVA Security Clearance - Negatively Vetted 1.
