Job Description Opportunity: The City of Albany's Engineering Team is looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to take up the role of Project Support Officer – Engineering.
Reporting to the Senior Project Administrator, this role will see you responsible for providing general and specialised project and administrative support to the Engineering Team, including managing project information, coordinating meetings, handling customer and stakeholder inquiries, and supporting financial processes such as purchase order reconciliation and liaising with suppliers.
Desired Skills and Experience About You: Experience in Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook), and general project administration tools is essential.
The successful candidate will also need excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
A valid 'C' Class Driver's Licence and a National Police Clearance are also required.
