Job Description The Role The Project Support Officer will support Adelaide PHN's response to the Primary Health Care reform measures and Digital Health projects through the following key responsibilities:
Provide administrative and project support to the project team, ensuring smooth operations and project delivery. Assist in developing detailed project documents and collateral materials (e.g. project plans, discussion papers and briefs), including timelines, milestones, resource allocation and scheduling. Coordinate tasks and activities with the project team and ensure all project phases are documented. Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, including appropriate escalation if required. Organise and maintain project documentation (e.g. plans and reports), ensuring all relevant information is accessible and up-to-date. Support the management of contracts and contract deliverables to achieve a contract outcome. Work with the project team to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (face-to-face, email, phone and network meetings, events, presentations), prepare and present updates and resources. Desired Skills and Experience About You To be successful in this role you'll need:
Demonstrated ability and skills in project support, including project planning, prioritisation of priorities, meeting timeframes. Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders (internal and external). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships and create harmonious working relationships. Demonstrated strong organisational and project management skills with an ability to manage competing timelines and prioritise deliverables. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a solution-focused team with an ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities. Ability to be self-directed, possess problem-solving abilities and demonstrate high-level time management skills.
