Provide administrative and project support to the project team, ensuring smooth operations and project delivery.Assist in developing detailed project documents and collateral materials (e.g. project plans, discussion papers and briefs), including timelines, milestones, resource allocation and scheduling.Coordinate tasks and activities with the project team and ensure all project phases are documented.Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, including appropriate escalation if required.Organise and maintain project documentation (e.g. plans and reports), ensuring all relevant information is accessible and up-to-date.Support the management of contracts and contract deliverables to achieve a contract outcome.Work with the project team to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (face-to-face, email, phone and network meetings, events, presentations), prepare and present updates and resources.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You To be successful in this role you'll need:
