THE WORK As a Project Support and/or Data Analyst, you will have the exciting opportunity to build knowledge, support the team and participate in Problem Solving discussions. This role offers a chance to contribute to the success of the projects and make a positive impact on the organization.
Project Support: Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities
Define project scope with key stakeholders
Effectively manage milestones and dependencies
Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments
Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting
Mitigate risks as defined in project plan
Data Analyst: Learn and use data analysis tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Help create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards for different audiences
Understand basic data structures and relational databases.
Use basic query languages like SQL or DAX to work with data
Assist in preparing communications about data insights and analysis
Support project administration tasks as needed
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork
It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills
IT Certification/ Diploma or Bachelor Degree (studies in Data Science/Analytics a bonus!)
Beginner proficiency in Agile Methodology
Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)
