You will join the Design & Planning team as a Project Support and Data Administrator creating and developing further, our dealer portal management system.

Key Accountabilities Monitor and follow up on e-commerce related projectsMaintain and manage dataProvide daily issue resolution for both internal and external usersDevelop and improve SOPs for E-commerce operations, system training & solve minor errorsSupport the team with office automation, seeking opportunities to reduce reliance on spreadsheetsThe ideal candidate will need to demonstrate Experience in a similar role, managing sales & procurement data ideallyStrong English and Mandarin communicationVery strong attention to detailSkills in one or more software including MS Excel [Macros & VBA], Power BI, SAP with a preference for experience in maintaining e-commerce platformsA can-do attitude and interest in problem solvingFull Australian working rightsWhat we offer Market leader, opportunity to develop your skillsDiverse and friendly working environmentScheduled RDO program allowing for flexibilityNo agencies please, we have this one covered!
