Yet it is our people that make the real difference. Like the employee who started out in a supervisor support role and became our Regional Manager. We promote from within as much as possible and we have a great company culture. Many of our people have been with us for more than 10 years - and we look after them. We're continuously improving our business - e.g. we are currently rolling out Prime Ecosystem software to make everyone's job easier – and our long-term goal is to be the market leader in building and construction services for the insurance and retirement industries throughout Australia.
