DM Roads is delighted to announce it has recently been awarded the new Victorian Road Maintenance Contract (VRMC) by the Department of Transport. We will deliver routine maintenance, planned maintenance, defect and hazard rectification and emergency response services to more than 8,500 lane kilometres of road in Victoria's Hume region, stretching from Mitchell Shire on the edge of metropolitan Melbourne to the north-east corner of the State.     An opportunity has become available for an experienced?Project Supervisor?to join our team responsible for the delivery of road maintenance works based out of our Wangaratta depot in the Hume region.  What you'll bring   Experience supervising contract works, specifically, road surfacing works to ensure compliance to technical specifications and internal policies and procedures  Ability to maintain accurate information and daily records of contract work to ensure effective contract management  Exposure to monitoring contract work disputes and negotiating satisfactory expected outcomes  Previous experience in reviewing contractor performance and reporting on compliance to progress, quality plans and contract outcomes.  What's on offer  Championing health & safety initiatives for all our employees and visitors  Training and Development to support your career with us  A role that allows you to drive, inspect and explore areas of the Hume Region  Personalised career growth  Tool of Trade Vehicle provided    At Downer, our approach to diversity is what sets us apart.
