Join our dynamic team within our mobile Concrete division and play a key role in a major project.The primary focus of this role will be to oversee operations and will involve day-to-day decision making, delegation of tasks, and enforcement of safety rules, policies, and procedures.Your day will involve:Supervise, communicate, and coordinate the concrete batching and delivery team on a major project.Communicate and work closely with the customer on the project.Manage raw material stock of cement, sand, aggregates, additive chemicals, etc.Facilitate safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting.Manage project forecasts and plan ahead to ensure success.What are we looking for?Experience in managing/supervising teams and projects in a similar role or industry.Sound computer skills or experience in production systems/software.Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required.FEL licence and HR licence will be highly regarded.Commitment to a culture of safety and zero harm.What's on offer?18-month fixed term project role offering competitive hourly rate, overtime, and site/project related allowances/incentives.Access to a variety of support networks including Boral Employee Assistance Program.We provide a working environment that is safe, caring, supportive, and dynamic with a clear focus on continually encouraging and developing its people.Genuine career growth opportunities within Boral.About Boral ConcreteAt Boral Concrete, we have more than 200 operational sites across Australia.
