Project Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead mine site accommodation refurbishment projects across various locations in the Pilbara.This is a fly in, fly out role from Perth on 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.Working for a well-established and highly respected client of ours, you will supervise teams of trades staff to ensure quality maintenance and repairs of domestic and residential properties used for mine site accommodation.The role involves supervision of full refurbishments on residential properties within the Newman Township. Refurbishments include full demo, installation of new cabinetry, flooring and fixtures throughout, fit off of full property, and full landscaping scopes. Supervisor will overlook all trades needed to complete refurbishments and be responsible for the entire day to day running of the project, which includes all resources, materials, plant & equipment required for the project.You will apply your comprehensive understanding of building practices to ensure safe and effective outcomes.You will be supported in the role and encouraged to guide and develop your team with an emphasis on safe practices and high standards.Duties for the role include:Carrying out necessary daily tasks to ensure projects are on track.Lead teams of trades staff to scope completions with excellent standards of work.Provision of training & site inductions of work sites to all new starters (e.g. JHA & Take 5 training, clarity of procedures etc.)Ensure a safe and clean working environment with a strong focus on workplace safety.Order building supplies and materials and ensure stock levels are maintained.Communicate project updates and progress reports.Working with the superintendent & other supervisors to provide any updates or issues with the project.Reporting any hazards and events as required.Monitor all variations to the project and how these may affect project deadlines.Tracking of project KPI's and provide steps to achieving them.Quoting of works, as required.The successful applicant must have the following:Trade Certificate or applicable qualification.Section 44 / s26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate.Police Clearance.OHS Construction Card.First Aid Certificate.Necessary High-Risk Licenses.Strong Leadership qualities.Strong communication skills.Full working rights in Australia.BHP Inductions.To Apply:If you are interested and would like to be considered for the above position, please Apply Now!Or, if you would like additional information, please contact Nathan via email to ****** or call the office on 08 6363 7040.Our mission is to change the lives of the people we place and empower the clients we partner with.
